I get my eyebrows waxed here regularly because it's the only place in the area I can find that charge less than $20. I have asked many times for them not to cut my eyebrows as they don't sit right when they do this. They still cut them - once they used nail clippers! WTF?

the place is very informal and has no wow factor at all. you just walk in and they just give you whoever is free at that moment. you don't feel that pampering effect you seek when you get your nails done. it seems they give discounts but you have to ask.

The service here is non existent and because there's usually only 1-2 people working there's usually a wait. I have been there a few times however after my last visit I wont be going back. I went in however they were busy so the lady told me to come back in 10 minutes which I did only to find the CLOSED sign up and the door locked. The shop was meant to close at 5.30pm but the doors were already locked at 5.05pm. So frustrated as I was then too late to go anywhere else to have my nails done.

This is my local beauty place and it's pretty no frills - you get what you pay for. The prices are very cheap so that is a plus but it is lacking in any personal service - you just go in and out almost like a factory - maybe that's why it's so cheap! However the lack of personal service can be a plus if you're in a rush and don't feel like chatting to the therapist. They are also very convenient because they are also willing to squeeze you in for an appointment at the last minute.
