Why is it impossible to delete your very own review on here

The service I received was appalling - the sales assistant was condescending, rude and insulting. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and I will never return to this store.

I would keep walking. Disappointing service, price and rude staff.......never again. Purchased goods and was not happy with quality and refused to exchange them. Found the senior staff arrogant. Will buy somewhere else in future.

This large lighting and lamp shop has ranges from modern to olde wordly fittings. Pendant lighting, chandeliers, table lights etc are all on display. We were looking for a replacement shade for a pendant light that had been broken and this store was able to provide it. Very happy. The staff are friendly and helpful too.
