We have just completed our new home and used Dean Kitchens to install our Kitchen, Laundry, Ensuite, Office and Bathroom cabinets. They were installed toward the end of January 2017. Within 2 months the vinyl wrap started to peel and is an ongoing problem. Broom cupboard door is very badly bowed and Pantry doors soft close does not work. Twin bins were included in the contract and they informed us they will not be supplying them.
Jason from Dean Kitchens has been in contact and we have been able to work through our concerns and most of them have been addressed.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. The original installation took much longer than advised. The kitchen is only four years old. After two years the vinyl wrap started lifting from many doors and draw fronts. It has been patched twice and is failing again. The fixed panels are now also failing. I have obtained an independent report which states that the installation and fixing method/materials are not fit for purpose. Dean Kitchens have been very difficult to deal with therefore I will have to make a formal complaint to the Building Commission to obtain a resolution. This was a very expensive kitchen which should last much longer than 2 years. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We used this company when we built our house and Sue designed our kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. She was very professional and extremely good. Her ideas suited us very well and the overall finish was outstanding. Sue was very helpful throughout the whole process and very approachable.
