Rude head office staff. Sent for X-rays and had to return them to db dental applecross to get a referral to surgeon. Over the next 6 months kept calling about where my referral letter was. Head office said someone would get back to me but they never did. Went in and they had lost the X-rays that I had done at another X-ray clinic and had to pay for. Do not waste your time with them!

I hate the dentist but here the dental work painless and they do all the billing online at reception through your Ancillary provider so its all done and you only have the gap to pay.

I went here to have a long over due check up! Nice office and good service. Was happy with the care I received, not so happy about having to go back for a filling but that was my fault not theirs! They were able to claim some of the cost direct from my health insurance which was a help.
