All I can say about Darleys is WOW! Food is AMAZING, can't compliment the chef enough. The atmosphere is beautiful, I recommend visiting in winter as they have the open fire place running and it creates such a cosy feeling. Has to be one of the highlights of my dining experiences, a must visit! I'm not normally a dessert wine person, but I've found there selections are the best, and it just ties up a beautiful dinner!

i spent the night at the hotel and was recommended this restaurant on the grounds. well i was blown away with the amazing french food and the best wine list. i must say i had never heard of this place but was very glad to eat here. was pricey but you get what you pay for here and an experience to behold. everything was superb and the food was great . i had suckling pork and duck for mains.. yummmm!!!
