If you care about your dog at all do NOT go to this place. The staff there who grooms the dogs is cruel to them. I watched as this person yanked on the dogs until they yelped and I heard them throw one in a cage out the back making it yelp as well. I was so horrified I left with my dog without letting them finish grooming him. He was very distressed when we left and clearly hadn't been able to drink or urinate for the 3 hours he had been there.

Am really upset with how 'Dapper Dog Salon' treats the dogs there. I took my dog in to have his nails clipped and I explained how he really doesnt like it being done and he could bite with fear and asked if I could come with him to keep him calm and hold his face, they told me to "wait behind the counter. They put him on the table and when they tried to clip him he'd pull his paw back, so they muzzled him which I was ok with. But then the staff was actually yelling at him to "stop it" in a really nasty voice (which is obviously going to frighten him more) They were so angry at my dog and said "can't do him take him somewhere else". I was actually relieved to get him out of that place anyways but was in too much shock at their attitude and treatment to tell them how I felt... I was tearing up.

Great, friendly services, excellent value, and a happy and clean doggy safely returned at the end!
