Our oven stopped working last week so we contacted Daley Appliance Service to see if they could come and work out what was wrong with it. The appointment time was for 10.30am but the guy didn't come over till 11.30am (I think this seems to be the norm for tradies though!). He took a quick look at the oven and was able to identify the problem with the heating element and had the part with him so that he could replace it. Within about 15 minutes he had the part replaced and the oven was working again! He was very friendly and offered advice on how to best use our oven to prevent the heating element burning out again. His labour was very reasonable with the bulk of the cost being the replacement part. Very happy with service and would highly recommend.
