Purchased a "fresh" chicken for Xmas. Found out at home it was past Best By date(substantially) The manager abused me saying there was no Best By date but a packed date.(against the law)
PrimeSafe has now completed its investigation in relation to this matter. This advice is to confirm that corrective action has been installed to ensure that the supplier clearly labels these products in accordance with the requirements of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
But I still have not got a refund and the chicken is frozen away as evidence.
