Cake was very dry, dissappointed with the way I was treated after I compained, made to feel it was my fault as the cake wasnt satisfactory

I have visited CW Cakes both to purchase cakes, and to purchase accessories in order to make my own cakes. The staff are easy to work with when designing a made to order cake. If you are looking to buy or hire things to bake at home, the staff are helpful in running through with you what you will need in order to get the desired result. I believe CW Cakes also runs decorating or baking classes for anyone interested!

I took a 2 hour cake decorating class. In 2.5 hours I learn't how to decorate 6 red velvet cupcakes. The teacher was fantastic. The class was very hands on, easy to understand and very informative. I went home with 6 very yummy and pretty little cup cakes. I would recommend these classes to anyone interested in learning to decorate cakes.

Tried this company after being refereed to by a friend and wanting a change from our usual pastry chef we decided to use them. We found it easy to choose a novelty style cake and they where open and able to create whatever we wanted! Though we needed a little direction the end result was beautiful and it tasted great too. Am even looking into their cake decorating classes now!

These guys have cake decorating classes, as well as equipment for cake-making to hire. We got our flowers for our wedding cake made from here, they were really beautiful!

These guys have it all, great service and heaps of new equipment I haven't seen before.
Now they have two stores Dandenong and Malvern.
Really worth a look at.

This place is AWESOME, FANTASTIC, FABULOUS. I have not come across a cake shop like is in a long time!!!!!! It has everything under the one roof. Cake supplies, cake decorations, and of course fantastic cakes.
The customer service is great and the people that work there know exactly what they are talking about, and are very helpful.
The different variety of novelty cakes are unbelievable!!!!!
I ordered a cupcake tier from this place and they were absolutely delicious. They were well decorated, and the presentation was excellent.
I recommend this place to any person that wants a fine tasting cake that is presented with the WOW factor.

There is nothing this shop doesn't have. The have all supplies to make your own cake or they take your order & do it for you. They also run a cake decorating classes. The staff are very friendly & extremly helpful. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I go there.
