Great service and great value - great accountants
Don’t use Curve if you’re a small business. I went to Curve to manage the accounting side of my new physio clinic. The accountant they assigned to me resigned but no one informed me, and I had to contact them to get updates on my tax returns and to remind them of what they said they would do. In re: to business guidance, I was told I would have a business meeting after the first BAS to help advise me on the structure of my clinic but when I contacted them, they advised me they had scheduled it three months later.
For $330/month, they did nothing that any accountant could have done for a one-off fee. It was a waste of money. They make it obvious whose businesses they value. It’s definitely not new start-ups. Maybe if you’re a bigger business with money to spare they’ll provide a better service.
