When Cupcake Espresso first opened it felt like the most exciting thing to happen around the corner from my office in Newcastle! It's been a while since they moved and I recently had another cupcake and it's so sad to say they just aren't the same as they used to be! Lovely presentation, great range of flavours but wow the toppings are so tooth achingly sweet!

Great quality cupcakes full of flavour. They update their menu quite regularly so that there is always a good variety of flavours and you don't get sick of the same thing over and over. The coffee served at the Adamstown bakery is great and their milkshakes are to die for! My favourite spot for a cheat day!

Amazing!! So fresh an devine. Lots of variety to choose from. I could only eat one as they are sweet. Well worth a visit. The staff are helpful. A little expensive but well worth a try.

OMG..this place has the most amazing cupcakes,ever.I went here last week & got 6 different flavours for my husband & I to share.The hardest part was narrowing it down to what 6 to choose.The shop smells amazing & all the cupcakes are fresh.I can't believe the flavours available & they had a caramel cornetto one & it tasted just like it.The staff were great & even though they are a little expensive,it's so worth it.I would highly recommend anyone wanting a sweet treat to go & try one of the cupcakes,the only problem is you will want more than one.

OMG I love Cupcake Espresso! Their cupcakes are divine! So fresh, soft, lots of icing and flavour and most have a gooey centre as well! They have the more basic flavours like red velvet, vanilla and triple chocolate but also some indulgent ones like caramel marshmallow, apple pie and banana blueberry white chocolate.
Also, if you like them on Facebook, they announce one or two surprise flavours a day like Ice Vovo, Cornetto and ginger beer. It can make my day very dangerous as they are so tempting!
Price wise, they are very reasonable for the size of the cupcake. I generally only eat half in one sitting, unless I am feeling adventurous!

The cupcakes made by cupcake espresso are definitely the best I've ever tasted. They have a large variety of flavours all of which are delicious so I often end up buying more than I intend to! They do two surprise flavours each day so there is always something different when you go! The cupcakes are reasonably priced and so are the coffees. The coffees are always tasty and hot. You have the choice of eating in or taking away. The problem with eating in is there aren't many tables and it can get quite noisy inside the store. They also offer gift boxes for birthday cupcakes which is really cool. They've recently started deliveries to local areas and you can place orders at their website. The staff are always very friendly and reply quickly if contacted over facebook etc. The store is always clean and well presented. I don't buy cupcakes from anywhere else now!

When you walk into the shop it is clean and colourful. THe display of cupcakes is amazing and tempting. They have the shop set up so you can see them making and decorating.... the staff were wonderful and helpful. Service was a tad slow. Coffee was great and the cupcakes are worth the price.. Cupcake and coffee...
