We purchased porcelain floor tiles from CTM Ceramic Tile Market. There range was terrific & prices were very good. My suggestion is to look at the 'on special' range 1st as the range on offer is usually very good & the marked down price will definitely surprise you. We visited the store a number of times before coming to a decision & always found the staff very helpful.

I found these guys to be overall pretty good, the tiles were cheaper than other places we'd looked at and the showroom was nice and bright and easy to look at. The order arrived on time, unlike another large tile chainstore I have dealt with.

Bought 50 metres of floor tiles plus a large mosaic. Had to order and pay for the mosaic, as they don't keep in stock, which is understandable, they are quite expensive. Didn't deliver the mosaic with the tiles, even though it was there ready, and when I rang to ask where it was, they asked if we could pick it up. I told them we wouldn't be able to get it until the weekend. Went to CTM to pick up the mosaic on the weekend, only to be told that it wasn't there, it had been sold to someone else. They have ordered a replacement, great, but it wont be here before Friday when we get our tiles laid. We paid for this mosaic at the time we ordered it, it was there for us and they still sold it to someone else. Rude sales people, got shirty when I wanted to know when the replacement would be delivered.

Great range of products and prices. Very helpful. We just got tiles for nearly all our house here. They didn't have enough of the one that I wanted (end of stock line sale), but were able to offer the same colour tile in a non-slip (more appropriate for were it was going) for the same price, even though it wasn't on sale. Saved me an absolute fortune!
