This has a very authentic chinese look to the front of the restaurant. Inside could do with some updating, but the staff is friendly and the food is yum

I must say that it would be very difficult to fault the experience I had at Crystal Palace this evening. Prompt service and very polite. Some Chinese restaurants can be very short when taking orders, but the staff tonight were nothing but courteous and helpful. We ordered the combination seafood soup, satay beef and seafood bird nest and all were delicious. A wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back.

Love Crystal Palace ! The food and service are always great...extra touch when you pick up takeaway they walk around and open the door for you...can't fault them. I had my favourite yesterday - Satay Chicken and steamed rice..plenty of chicken and not just filled up with onion like some others...just the perfect balance.

We started using this place when the place over the road got really popular. The food nearly always just as good, but the customer service at the front desk that could really do with some work. A lot of them speak broken english so I worry if i'm going to get my order correctly. Also takes a LONG time to get the order!

after my other local put up their prices i started using crystal palace again a few months back. to be honest i only ever order sweet and sour pork and it is very tasty. good prices too. but last time i ordered i got a hair. having a hair phobia it has put me off though.

I loved this place but the last few times the food has been really disappointing. We usually order the same dished when we go but the last time the food was very average, so much so I haven't returned. Has been in Joondalup for years and has a good reputation

I used to go this restaurant quite often and it was all right but the last couple of times turned out very disappointing to the point that I have decided not to set foot in this restauran againt. I ordered a meal that I have had many times before, including in china itself. The dish served to me here was awful, It was so full of suger that litrally tasted like hot jam on rice! when i complained , the waitress very rudely answered that it is the way it's done here and they cannot do anything about it.Also they charged $2.80 for an empty take away container that i had requested! when told them you should have mentioned the cost for the container she answred no they dont have to! I don't know if it was our luck that day or the maagment dosesnt care how they treat the customers. Eeitherway I am not going back there again

crystal palace chinese restaurant has the best honey chicken in perth the staff are very friendly ,not overly crowded but has a good atmosphere the restaurant was one of the first in joondalup

This is a really good chinese restaurant. The decor is average as is the price but the food tasted really good. It's a great option for people that live north and can't drive to Northbridge. They also have a large selection of dishes which is always great. Would come again anytime.
