I will never use this service again. They are deceitful. They convinced me to pay upfront for 5 car washes. I told them initially I would not need them as I don’t need to wash my car often. They told me the prepay does not expire. I rock up today to use my third out of five prepaid car washes and was told they had expired and I could not have them. Do not trust these people. They lie! Do not use their prepay service.

Paid $110 for 2 cars to be washed vacuumed and detailed,

Both cars had parts that were missed during the wash only one car got detailed,

We waited an hour but there were no cars infront of us when we arrived, people who turned up after us had there cars washed first,

The service there was horrible when we confronted them about the areas that were missed we were given dirty looks from one of the workers

I love grabbing a coffee from the Crystal Car Wash Cafe and watching my car get squeaky cleaned. The staff are very professional and great to talk to.

The team at Crystal Car wash provide a fine service. They have been operating for many years. Their standard wash and detail provides a through clean allowing me to relax and enjoy a cuppa over the weekend paper
