I recently went to get my car ‘washed’ at Crystal Car Wash Coogee. I use the word washed lightly as the service was an absolute disgrace. The car came out as dirty as it went in. I highlighted that the alloy wheels and windows hadn’t been washed properly, they were wet but not clean. In addition there was still service dirt on the car. After paying $22 the representative of Crystal Car Wash replied with ‘what do you want me to do, you have to pay more if you want your car washing properly’. Please do not use this car washing company, they have zero customer service, lazy and don’t wash your car but they happy to take your money. They only way they will change if the local residents boycott the car wash. An absolutely awful experience.

A grat place to go for a car wash and vacuum. I always have the basic inside and out, they give you a cup of coffee while you wait and 15mins later I have a sparkling car. No way I could do it that well my self.
