Croydon market just the pitts once upon atime it was thriving on a sunday with many different stalls from jeans to food you name it is was there sad to see it is no longer
This was one of my favourite places to go check out every week. I have bought a variety from here including plants, clothes, watch, foodstuff, etc. Unfortunately, I must say that it is no longer where it is supposed to be (address listed here). Think they've been moved for at least a few years now (to make way for new development). They are now near the Croydon railway station on Sundays only. http://www.mymarketsvic.com.au/directory/new-croydon-market-124.html
If you are going to this Sunday market you need to know what you want.
Yes, it isn't as big or as popular as it use to be. I have bought ugg boots for my dad here and plants.
Open Sundays and Mondays. Great for plants and small antique bric-a-brac. It has become very small, however and half its previous size. It has an auction on a Sunday where they more or less give stuff away
