Not happy with the service received from Store Manager Kim Willmott. In August last year we went to view wood look floor tiles. There were some we liked. Kim told us they were to be discontinued stock and therefore were discounted. Therefore we would have to order and pay for them. We didn't pick the tiles due to the discount, but because we liked them the best. The price was just a bonus. We purchased 148m2. We told him we could pay for them that day - could we have a discount. We were given $2 off per metre as Kim said he couldn’t give any more as they were already discounted so much. He pointed out the other wood like tiles were $80+ a square metre.

The wrong tiles were delivered by Crosby last week. The correct tile, but completely the wrong colour (my mum let the driver in - i was at work). I got very upset when i arrived at the house later that night as they were wrong and i didn't think they would be able to be changed believeing they were discontinued stock like i was told (i even checked their websire - no tiles showing).

I rang and spoke to Damien the next day only to be informed the tiles were NEVER discontinued and were NEVER discounted. Kim the manager had put the wrong colour on the order. There was no colours or pricing on display for us to check. We went on Kim's word. Damien arranged to have the correct tiles delivered on Saturday. Damien and the driver Anthony were very very helpful.

If i had known this i wouldn't have been upset that night as i would have known they could have been replaced easy. We would have purchased the same tiles whether or not they were on special as they were the only wood look tiles in the colour we wanted.

I'm extremely annoyed and upset about being lied to.

There was no contact from Kim at any stage, even though i asked to speak with him. There has been no apology from the company either. Find ANOTHER TILE STORE where the store manager is not a LYING DECEITFUL person, who can't even order the right coloured tiles.
