Great place for fresh fruit and vegetables and to grab some other grocery items as well. I love their special of salmon and salad for lunch. Especially if you are shopping in the DFO next door as food options are limited
Love this place for cheap, quality groceries and the cafe onsite is great too. I was totally tempted by all the sweet treats but I got a foccachia which was good value for money and delicious
love the specials they have and the bargains, nice variety they have on the shelves and the deli. good parking space too. with other shops nearby.

Love the seafood here, it is always fresh and fairly priced. The girls at the cafe made me the most delicious salmon, caper and ricotta cheese toasted roll all fresh from the deli! Marvellous stuff!

This place is effing great! I work in the centre and nowhere in dfo is good for food. But here it's VERY cheap and great quality. For example $9.99 for a generous portion of grilled salmon, with salad and a coffee! They are a bit slow but it's worth it. Then after lunch you can do your groceries. my only issue is they don't have free range chicken. BUT they are one of few stores/delis that sell free range bacon at a decent price! Love this place. Coffee is not amazing but the pace is still great.
Went here today and tried their Salmon fillet with salad and a coffee. What a bargain for $10! Decent sized meal and great coffee too. Will be back again. Great value for money :-)
We love the atmosphere in the store, friendly staff, great produce. Enjoy shopping on a Saturday morning and then having lunch a fantastic coffee in the cafe.
Great quality fruit and vegetables and good prices. They have great specials on and the deli and mini gourmet supermarket is really a treat. Some interesting buys here, worth a visit.
