I had two defaults from 2008 on my credit file. I've been unable to get any sort of loan that doesn't over charge on there interest rates. I arranged for a phone to be delivered by telstra on a 24mth contract over the phone. I waited a week and no phone showed up so i called telstra to find out why the phone never arrived when they said it would. I was quickly diverted by telstra to some messenger service to be told that telstra recalled the phone. I called telstra again to find out why and if I had bad credit or not and noone would give me a answer. So I phoned Jeff at Credit Repair Australia and he checked my credit history and told me there was nothing negative on my credit file and my rating was xellent. I have since emailed telstra as to get to the bottom of this but still to no avail.
