I was a little disappointed after reading the reviews on here.
The staff were friendly enough. Was my first trip here. One of them wrote down the wrong date of birth for my pet even though it was written clearly on the previous vaccination card. She seemed annoyed when I told her about it and she had to fill out another card.
The vet was pretty good, seemed knowledgeable enough although not that friendly and answered my questions a little patronizingly.
I don't know if I was just unlucky and got them on a bad day. I'm not sure I'll be back here wasn't a good first impression.

We have been going to this vet clinic for many years now. The staff and veterinarians are fabulous and Dr Michael is one of the best in the business! We find the prices very fair and the service outstanding! Certainly worth the 2 hour round trip to see them!

Friendly and compassionate staff. Extremely good facilities.
I can not fault them.
They even sent me a condolences card after having to have my poor old dog put down.

Fantastic experience, staff made us feel well looked after, we have also gone there to get microchips read for lost dogs and cats- staff made sure they kept us up to date and let us know when the animal was picked up.

Great staff. I have had some difficult times due to ill health of pets but the staff have been great. Great with animals and their owners. Would recommend to anyone.

The nurses here are what make this practice one of the best. They are so down to earth and compassionate. The clinic is well equipped with everything to treat your beloved pet. Their waiting room is fabulous as it is divided into cat and dog area.Such professional service at fairly reasonable prices
