Approximate cost: $22
Great place for a beer and bet. Food is quite good and reasonable range. Discount available for members. Food is reasonably priced. Has great raffle nights.
There food is great and you get a good serve to. Place is always booked out on a friday night as they have raffles so if your going on a friday night make sure you book a table other wise you will be stuck in the sports bar eating with roudy people watching the football. Service is very good and friendly.
Great food, very friendly happy staff. Great place for raffles. Also great benefits for becoming a member. Large amount of pokie machines and they also have a cafe next to bistro if you just want coffee and cake.
We use to go on a Friday night for the raffles which we always came home with a meat tray. Food isn't terribly great and have messed up our orders a few times and have had orders come out an had to wait for the other half of the tables orders for about 10mins so people were always finishing while others were just starting even when they were all ordered at once. But all in all not a bad place.
We go to the Cowboys Club every Wednesday for Lunch and We love it as they have great yummy Member lunch specials and really nice salad bar,
We take our 3 yr old with us as well and with every kids meal he gets a great activity pack and Free ice cream and drink he loves it. Fantastic Staff as Well so helpful and they are all very Friendly all the time haven't had a bad one yet.
Have been here a few times, in my experience the food has never been terrible, but its never been great either. Bar is very nice. Only ever had one girl that wasn't extremely friendly. The staff are usually quite friendly and polite. The food is well priced for what it is. I wouldn't reccomend it as a family outing though it is a very good place for the men to watchthe game, enter the meat raffle and have a beer!
Approximate cost: $15 - $20
We went here with members one evening and frankly it seems to be nought but a gambling venue. Yes, you can get meals and drinks but the evening we went it took ages to get served at the bar. I don't use pokie machines but have worked in the past at places with plenty of them so I know the rules and regs. An elderly lady at the table next to ours who has been a member for many years was complaining about the amount of people watching over her shoulder whilst playing various machines. Yes, the meals are fine and affordable (my fries were lovely, the steak cooked to my specs). But as I said it's first and foremost a place to raise money for a football team. They do this very well with gaming machines and raffles but I certainly wouldn't recommend it for a family outing. But then, I am a little old-fashioned when it comes to where youngsters should and should not be taken!
Great place to go down for a drink with lunch or to watch a game. Had been here for a friends birthday lunch a few weeks ago and it was a great venue choice, great time and service had by all
Have always enjoyed visiting this club. Whether it's for a game of bingo, a relaxed lunch with friends or to celebrate a special occasion , they are always super friendly.
