Accc has to shut these cowboys down

Initial expected delivery date was 17 days from the time they collected the parcel (15/12) zero tracking updates since the initial collection scan… impossible to contact an actual person about this and at this point pretty furious that an expensive Christmas present ordered a month before Christmas may not arrive…. Couriers please ruining Christmas across Australia for 1000’s of families based on the amount of reviews I’ve read

Worst Courier Company ever.
Parcel has still not arrived after a month and a half.
It was sent by the retailer the same day as ordered and now I have not heard from Couriers please since.
I have sent several emails with no response, sat on the phone for hours with no answer.
after reading all these reviews I cant believe they are still in business

Close to 3 weeks for a delivery thats supposed to be overnight. Many phone calls and emails from us, this is not a stress free service. Could have walked it quicker.

Has to be the most useless courier service I have every dealt with rude and inconsiderate never use again in my living live will insist seller never send via them when making a purchase

I purchased a backpack online and the company used Couriers Please to deliver the item. The item was collected in Brisbane and took over 10 days to arrive in Perth. I used the tracking number on the website to check delivery. It had stated that they had tried to deliver the parcel twice (both of which I was home) but never even left a card to contact them about re-delivery. I used the phone number listed on the website and it was a recorded message to send an email so you could not speak to anyone regarding your parcel. I have emailed twice and still no response. I have left it up to the online company who employed the couriers to chase it up as I am unable to contact them. Very, very poor service...

An appaulling level of service to say the very least. It is obvious why you are disappointed. Thanks for another well written, detailed review. Regards, Reeces
