The worst of the worst. No attempt to actually deliver a parcel and the demand that it be picked up in another suburb!
Do not buy from suppliers who use this courier

I have rung this company every day for the past 5 days to get my parcel redelivered and every day I get a different story. It seems that no one at this company knows what is going on. First person says it is coming...it doesn't...second person says the first person didn't follow procedure so once I contact the sender then it's coming...surprise! it doesn't. The sender and I have had daily contact with this company and they still cannot manage to deliver this parcel!! Not to mention the 20 minute wait times that you get put to the back of the queue of if you dare complain about spending the past 5 days talking to them!! It will be a Christmas miracle if I ever get this parcel delivered!!

A vehicle parts supply company couriered my parts to me so that I could register a vehicle in time for the Christmas break. That was three days ago. I waited at home on the first day for eight hours (from 8am until 4:30pm - no courier. Sometime after that they dropped a card in my letterbox. No phonecall.
I've spend over five hours on hold over the last three days (thank goodness for speakerphone), in 26 phonecalls (that's right 26!). All but two of these have resulted in a dropout (their system just hangs up on me).
Despite commitments two days ago, they just left my package at the depot all yesterday.
They tell me that they do drop at newsagents, but have none in my area. This is amazing to me, as I live in Redfern, one kilometer from the CBD of largest city in Australia. Driver (or radio room) will not call on approach.
My vehicle will no be out of registration all of Christmas - It's a campervan and I was going to be using it.
I have now been asked to drive further than the original delivery distance to collect my package if I want it.
Under duress, I have given authority to leave the package unattended (what choice do I have?).
There are so many good couriers. You should never use this company.

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option.
Couriers Please are absolute garbage. Do not use Couriers Please to send packages. Do not order from stores that use Couriers Please. Customer service is non-existent. (Delivery drivers are clueless - I have had problems in the past with Couriers Please drivers not being able to find my address.)

Calling Couriers Please:
- Call doesn't connect.

Placed order online on 29/11/16.
Order picked up by Couriers Please on 08/12/16.
Parcel listed as in Sydney depot from 09/12/16 til 13/12/16.
Delivery ETA on tracking is 13/12/16.
Parcel on-board for delivery on tracking for 14/12/16. No delivery.
No update on tracking, today 15/12/16.
Where is my parcel? I am not optimistic enough to hope that it shows up within the next hour before end of trade!

Posted this review on Yelp and ProductReview as well so as many people as possible know that Couriers Please are the worst courier service in Australia.

Dear Couriers Please,

Thanks for the refund!!

I am sending you this email as a courtesy because I will post it on review sites that mention your company (and there are a great deal of sites discussing your disgusting service and ethics).

After 11 days of dealing with the worst "courier" company in Australia I reckon I deserve a medal.
Both the owner at the pick-up address and myself have been greatly disadvantaged by the rubbish service that you provide.

I am a trainer and the parcel that was meant to arrive before last Friday was important safety equipment required for a Course that I ran this Monday (7 days after I paid you in full to deliver my parcel from Melbourne to Brisbane). Thanks to you I have now incurred many "out of pocket" expenses for the hire of gear to run my course. Not good enough!

I feel sorry for the poor girls in your call centres that have to deal with the ineptitude that is a cancer in your company. All but one of your ladies in the Brisbane centre have been great, and i have called SEVERAL times and wasted many hours trying to organise to get my package picked-up.....Oh wait! Isn't that what I paid YOU to do??

You really need to do a web search for "Couriers Please review" and open your eyes to what you read! It's basically impossible to be rated any lower by your paying customers.

I've been lied to and told rubbish all the way through.

The courier tried on Thursday and Friday but nobody home when he buzzed! I have pictures of the package outside the front door every day so he would have to step over it to knock on the door (there is no door bell)

The courier will go again on Thursday evening to pick-up the parcel. Owner home, parcel outside door.....no show by Couriers Please.

One of your call centre ladies tried to make excuses and tell me the address isn't good enough! Pizza guys, Australia Post and other couriers have been using the same address successfully, so why can't your company successfully use it? [Retracted offensive word] service from non-concerned company!!!

I have once before been involved with your company and the experience was also very poor. It was by accident that I paid for your services on this occasion, but I will never make the same mistake again.

Couriers Please are a dead loss. CONSUMER BEWARE. Do not use this company.

If I could zero stars I would. Couriers Please is undeserving of even one star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I booked a Domestic Priority (3 business days - extra charge) parcel to rural NSW from Melbourne. To make this easier to read, here is a list of issues I've had (note: the parcel still hasn't been delivered after 2.5 weeks).

1) There is no place on their website that states that they will forward parcels to other freight companies if they do not service that area (they claim they service all of Australia)

2) Th e forwarding company has never received a connote or the parcel

3) As I am in Melbourne and the receiver is in NSW apparently the Melbourne team cannot answer any of my questions and only correspond with the Sydney team via email. Hence, when I call they always say "we're waiting on an update from the Sydney team"

4) When there is no update they promise they will call me back before COB with or without an update - this never happens. Even supervisors have promised a call back but never do.

5) After 2.5 weeks (2 weeks overdue) they still cannot find the parcel (large box with $10k goods inside it) - the tracking shows it has been in the Sydney depot from 2 weeks ago

6) Both the receiver and I have spent a few hours on the phone with no resolution

7) They can't seem to get my name right even though I spell it out to them every single time (note: I have a common name which is 4 letters and easy to pronounce)

Yes, they may be cheaper than other companies but they are incompetent and I would happily pay $50 more for a reliant service like StarTrack or Toll.

So I purchased a plant from a seller, which was posted first thing on Monday morning. Since it's a living thing, there is a certain sense of urgency.

For the whole of Tuesday and Wednesday, I never left the house. I decided to check the mail on Wednesday afternoon only to find a parcel card with NO details written (no date or consignment number), except the delivery notification number (thankfully). After reading some of the reviews here, it seems to be pretty normal for the driver to not even bother to "attempt" delivery.

I then called up customer service and they refused to re-deliver and insisted I have to pick up the parcel from a newsagent. No ETA was given.
I called up the next day on Thursday and they told me the driver was behind schedule and that it wouldn't get to the newsagent til after 4pm. I couldn't make it on that day unfortunately due to work commitments.
Then on Friday, I looked up online and it still said "In Transit", so I called up customer service and was then told it wouldn't get to the newsagents til after 5pm. The guy even had the nerve to tell me that the driver drove past my area, and again reminding me they would not re-deliver unless I was willing to wait til Monday next week. At no point did I ever hear an apology for the delay and being thrown around with unreliable ETAs.

So I drove through peak hour traffic to the newsagent after 5pm (as instructed) and it's still not here. So here I was, currently waiting for 2 hours (not exaggerating) at the newsagent for the driver to deliver my parcel to the newsagent because I was desperate to pick up my plant before the weekend. He never showed up and I had to leave because the newsagent had to close. So not only did I not get a chance to organise a re-delivery, I have to wait until next week even after wasting my time waiting for the driver.

I don't know if your staff hate their jobs, but you should really investigate your company because this is just pathetic. Does your company take no pride in service?

I will be passing on the message to my seller to stop using this courier and I will NOT EVER recommend this courier to anyone!

I made an online purchase which used Couriers Please.
On their tracking site the item arrived in the Melb' depot on the 23/08 2.40ish am then listed in transit at 6.40ish am.
So it was on its way to Clifton Springs thought it would arrive by late afternoon as only 1hr 15min from depot and it was listed as despatched.
Well it arrived on the 25/08 in the morning and the tracking information on their site had been changed to reflect all dates of entries to the 25/08. Little did they know that I was monitoring my item and that they changed their information to make it look good. Pity I hadn't checked reviews prior or I would have screen shot the info as proof.
Worst part is that the seller will suffer as no more purchases from me as I won't be contributing to the income of Couriers Please due to unacceptable practices to hide slow delivery.

Yet another review stating how terrible Couriers Please are... guaranteed same day service at high cost does not guarantee your important customer will receive their package at all. You are much better-off driving the package yourself.
I would say Couriers Please have stuffed-up more than 50% of the deliveries I have ever booked and through no fault of my own - with late delivery or even no delivery and losing important packages for days. My business and my customers are too important to trust to Couriers Please - I am angry enough and frustrated enough to take time and bother writing a review - you should never use their service.

Approximate cost: $42

Terrible. Card was deliverd, but the door bell wasnt rang and then they said they would redeliver but didnt. When i called to find out where my Tea towls were, they said the package was marked a dangerouse and they couldnt redeliver. After many frustrating phone calls, i had to just go to head office and pick them up. Dont use this company even if they are the cheapest, you still dont get what you paid for.
