I carry a netbook with me when I tour our great country by bicycle as it contains some of my maps as well as allowing email contact with family and friends.
While travelling through Casino NSW I had a need to print a page. I found Computer I.T! They were great!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. And I got my page printed.

The staff are always pleasant,willing to-but not in your face to sell you something you do not want or need.
The use of their internet facilities is supposed to $3 for half hour,but I have been there for over an hour and payed no extra.

System would not boot after storm - I took it in and told them. The technician knew exactly what caused the problem, removed the faulty modem and installed a new one. They charged me no labor cost at all as it only took them about 10 minutes.

kerry here. the original problem is still not fixed as hold up with insurance company. did use them again on another computer took over a week to fix, even though i run my businees through the computer got differing stories each time I went in held me up big time. always politeand friendly but way to slow. would not change my rating on them, even tho nice guys, would use someone else if available
had to check why laptop was not working, it took a month to even look at it while the repairs were simple the delay in doing the work was not acceptable
Can't agree with Kerry - Took P.C. in after a storm and they were able to fix it immeidately. Changed the modem there on the spot - charged me for the modem, but no labour - Excellent Service.
I have loved shopping here, it is a great firendly place to shop.
If they don't have the part you need, they will order it in and it will be in the shop within 2 days of the order.
I have never had a problem with this at all.
