I believe their online store is fake.
The website sizes are incorrectly described e.g. medium is far too small for long legs.
This means you have to return.
You chase up the return label for one month, line up at the post office to return the goods, then find out they are rejected by customer service. They claim they cannot accept goods that are not in their original condition. This is incredible since the pants were so small, I could not have possibly worn them.
It is unscrupulous that this company is pocketing customers' money using a fake on-line facade.

I'm a DFO shopper as its local to me, i often stop in here to browse around, I find this store too cluttered and messy.
I generally don't buy much here as I just cannot find anything easy.

Great place to go for cheap everyday clothes. It is a huge store with heaps of floor space. As a factory outlet, stock can get quite messy especially in the cotton on body section and shoes. Staff are okay, can get quite stressed during busy times. Overall, a great place to shop.

Great quality things - you can find really cheap but also good clothing here. If you live close, you should visit often!
