I ordered a cotton trhow in September over the internet as an anniversary gift. When I ordered the gift there was nothing to say the item was out or stock or that it was on backorder. About a week later I getan email advising the item is on back order and will not be available until end of October please advise if I would like to cancel the order. I immediately advised by email to cancel the order. I am stil waiting for my refund.
