We purchased a new caravan from Coromal Sunshine Coast in September 2011. We have used it about 8 times since then. Last Friday we were about to leave home for the weekend and checked the indicator lights before leaving to discover one was not working. I could not find the way to change the bulb, so phoned Coromal to ask how to get access to the unit. They told us to come in and thye would fix it. Normally instant attention, is hard to get for this kind of problem.When we got there, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had all the mechanics interested in helping. They did not have the part, so drove to a couple of different parts suppliers before arriving back with the correct part. We were offered tea or coffee, given a look around the shpw room, and felt really valued. Sean ( the manager )and all the staff there are great. I recommend them highly. It cost nothing for the help as the van is still under warranty.
