Fresh! Strudel will leave you with amazing first experience, and not too sweet, ask them to prepare pastry with less sugar if you prefer, try to get there early when they're (ladies) fresh, as later on older staff can be stern and appear stiff as a dried up bull mastiff, with little patience.Just remember you're there for their pastries!

I go here every year to get my birthday cake (for myself). I just can't go past the continental layer cake! Delicious!
Quality is consistent. Consistently good!

The apple strudel is the most amazing apple strudel I've ever had in my life. Ever! The apples are fresh, the pastry is beautifully made, and the whole thing looks like lots of love and care has gone into it. They should be very proud to make such a beautiful sweet treat. It's not that close to me but I would still travel to buy this apple strudel. It's great for birthdays at home, work parties, or any celebration really. 10/10!

Great tasting apple strudel, eclairs and other pastries. Freshly baked with quality ingredients. Always a welcomed treat at home. Sometimes service at the counter is a little abrupt but if you can overlook that, you end up taking home a delicious snack the whole family will appreciate. Prices are pretty good for what you get. The apple strudels are definitely something you can bring interstate/overseas as a gift for friends or family if they are only a short flight away.

Wonderful apple strudel! So rich and creamy, and with the crumbly crust. Thinking about it makes me drool. The other pastries are pretty good too, but I always go for the strudel.

This shop has built up a large following for its amazing and highly addictive pastries - the apple strudel is something else not experienced at other patisseries I have been to around Australia. The pastry is light and flaky with a slightly sweet flavor and the filling of custard and apple make it irresistable - just try to eat just one piece and only one! The other pastries such as florentines, eclairs etc all have the same level of quality and taste.

The only thing that detratcts from the whole experience is however the service. The lady at the counter really did not take an interest or care about providing service. We got the feeling that it was a case of you buy or you don't buy from us and however I pack the cakes for you is how you get them. This is despite asking her to help with wrapping the cakes a little more as we were taking these from Perth to Melbourne.
The cakes score a full five star rating, however the poor service brings down the whole experience.

A few other people i spoke to after visiting the place also confirmed this experience - it's almost like the cake shop out of a Seinfeld episode with the soup nazi!

My family are obsessed with Coricas Pattisserie, I personally am not the biggest fan. They love getting the cake with the puff pasties around the outer side, the sponge filled with chocolate and custard cream. The thing that turns me off the most is the thick icing, it's more like plastacine with an awful flavour. I am a huge sweet tooth, but this particular cake isn't my type.

My mother has been taking my sister and I to this shop since we were little. They make the best cakes and biscuits in Perth. I buy all my birthday cakes from them and am addicted to their crockenbush which has been a family favourite for years

Approximate cost: $20.00
