Doctor was 50 minutes late to the first appointment of the day... Super unprofessional. Obviously doesn't care about his reputation (nearing retirement I'm sure). Skip this doctor.

Made an appointment online to see Dr Russell Davies, only to discover when I turned up for the appointment, that he is a non- Vocationally Registered GP.
This means that the Medicare rebate on his accounts, is HALF of the normal rebate.
It also means that he was not authorised to do the script which I needed.
A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME GOING THERE!!!
This information definitely needs to be on their website!

Tried for over an hour to get through 5pm now, supposed to be open to 6. Hate to think what my phone bill is going to be. Cut off 3 times. Not happy

Went here with our newborn as our usual medical centre doesn't open on sundays and for a bulk billing practice we were very happy with the friendly receptionist and the doctor was really informative, explained everything in detail and even wrote down notes for me to take with me so I didn't forget. Very happy.

This surgery no longer bulk bills but by showing your medicare card you can receive the funds covered by medicare into your bank account in around 24hours. I never wait for more than 15minutes which is great - sometimes I have pretty much walked in without any waiting time. The surgery could use a bit of a make over but other than that it is a great place to go with doctor's who are always happy to spend the time talking to you in detail and never rush you out

More smiley faces at reception would be nice but at present I love my doctor and plan on staying with this doctor at present - Dr Ladewig.

I really value Dr Ladewig at this surgery. He always bulk bills if you tell him you honestly don't have the money. He is really understanding and there is never a wait of more than 15 minutes, which is excellent these days!

great staff, Dr.s are great, I recommend Dr Ladewig, Dr Davies, Dr Singh, and DR Taylor in that order.
They are just basic Dr Surgery, some days bulk billed, some arnt, open Saturday 9am-4pm (depends on Dr's) and Sunday (depends on dr's)
pensioner bull billed on sat afternoons after 1PM

lost appointments, gives script way too easy, front counter staff unaware of what doctors can and cannot do. doctors dont listen, cattle call to get as many in and out as possible
