Staff was decent - only had a temporary moment anyway.
Cookies are delicious and presented very nicely, but a little bit more pricey than I initially thought.

i thought my overall experience at the cookie man was pretty pleasant. the service was good and fast so my cookies were still slighty warm when i recieved them.

Their cookies tend to be hard, a bit flavourless and have a dodgy texture. The coffees are good though. Dipping the cookies in the coffees make them a lot better, so they really shouldn't be eaten on their own.
