Melrose medical centre now has appointments rather than just being a walk in and wait clinic. Sometimes your appointment will be cancelled though as the doctors will get called up to the hospital to attend to emergencies which can be a little annoying but doesn't always happen. Reception staff are always nice and polite.

bulk billing medical centre that doesn't take appointments - you need to turn up on the day and they fit you in. i've often had to wait over 2-3 hours to see the doctor and they try and get you in and out as fast as possible. reception staff are really nice though.
