Dennis and Kaye were super helpful in repairing our washing machine which had blown a pump. Kaye followed up a price for the replacement part, and kept in touch to let me know when Dennis was on his way. Dennis arrived the same day and promptly determined what was required, went off to get the part then came back and did the repair. Overall we are very happy customers!

Dennis and Kaye go out of their way in service and parts. Dennis is always coming up with ways to save money. They don't make them like him anymore. Honest reliable true money saving service that you just don't see anymore. Highly recommended. All my Friends use them too and never a complaint. A true gem!

My dishwasher wasn't heating the eater... but when Denis came it worked fine. He didn't charge me a call out fee!! what a lovely man... they really don't make them like that any more.

When my microwave motor broke and a lady from Conder Appliance returned my call offering to pick it up from my place free of charge I could not believe such an amazing service still existed. She also advised the final cost upfront, which was a very reasonable amount by the way. The next day, Friday, she called and advised that the required part was unavailable and offered to drop off the microwave at my house (it was still able to heat food) so at least we could have it for the weekend. Again, my amazement and gratitude were boundless. From there it went downhill. Starting from Monday the said lady stopped returning my calls despite several messages left. Once when I called from a hidden number she picked up the phone and said she would call me next morning. I never heard from her since. I managed to find another repairer who quoted exactly the same reasonable price as Conder Appliance Service and although I had to bring the microwave to his shop myself I had it back in a working condition in 1.5 days.

As the other reviews attest, Dennis and Kay provide an excellent service. He fixed our oven and another appliance, was prompt and efficient and charges reasonable prices. We will call him again when needed! Thanks to WOMO for the recommendation.

We rang Kaye to seek some advice on repairing our washing machine that had stopped working. After us describing what had happened she advised it would not be worth repairing and it would be cheaper to buy a replacement washing machine. As we had bought all of our previous washing machines from from friends we had no idea what machines would be appropriate and reliable. Kaye was happy to advise us and we ended up buying our new machine based on Kaye's advice which was based on her experience repairing washing machines.

Kaye and her husband were very helpful and friendly and would have no hesitation in using their business again or recommending the business to friends.

Asko dryer making dreadful noise. Dennis took dryer away to strip & repair. (Support roller needed replacing.) Asko washing machine - water not heating. (Circuit board taken away, repaired & refitted.) All done efficiently & without fuss. EXCEPTIONAL value for Dennis's service. Would recommend to anyone. Great job.

Denis came on an emergency call the Sunday before Christmas and fixed our Westinghouse fridge which had suddenly stopped working. Very relieved and grateful for his prompt appearance and reasonable pricing. Thanks! Raphael

Dennis and Kay did a great job for us. When our dryer broke down Dennis arrived on time and took it away to check it out. It couldn't be fixed, so they sorted out the paperwork to the insurance company. Dennis picked up the new dryer for us and installed it. Great service from the first phone call onwards.
