This place has really disappointing customer service. They say that they'll ring you on a certain day and they don't. They really don't seem to care if they have your business or not.

Helpful staff. Products knowledge is great and will try to fix small issues on the spot if not turn around time isnt too long.. Will help wwith other internet issues etc.. Flexible and easy to deal with,
