As far as technology goes this bank gets 5 on 5
The bank is good on Systems APPS and technology
Just needs to learn to be better with People
The teller will refer you to the ATM at every opportunity and tell you that there is a fee for depositing or withdrawing at the counter . Something other banks wont do

If the ATM breaks down then you are stranded and get charged a fee for withdrawing or depositing at the teller and then have to argue with the staff to reverse the fee because it wasn't your fault.
