The staff are friendly and welcoming.

If there are too many customers lining up, esp enquiry section , the manager approaches us, write down our name, to sit down n well be served soon .

I was depositing some money in my bank account & was served by a very rude teller. She didn't greet me or thank me for the transaction as I did to her. However, she was quick with the transaction and it was done in a matter of seconds - much quicker than other tellers I've experienced at this branch. Overall, the Bank is reputable and offers good services to students, which I fully take advantage of. Staff are usually friendly and informative, offering gifts while you wait in the line, which is very nice.
