Staff not very helpful. Promise a lot then don't really deliver. I've been to lots of branches, and similar story most places. Moving to another bank as a result.
the customer service was excellent, providing information just straight with the requirement, even the transaction services are quick and accurate.
no matter which branch i go to im greeted as i walk in, the staff are soooo friendly and lovely! i will never switch banks. i have never been charged bank fees or for new eftpos cards.
