Another bank where the wait for service is rarely long, and the staff are pleasant with a friendly manner. Enquiries have been dealt with patiently and efficiently. The manager was approachable and the experience relaxed rather than intimidating.

More recently I have had reason to be irritated and less than favourably impressed by their on-line banking. Two phone calls for help met an answering machine and no reply to message. The face to face query was fine as the polite staff member worked out the problem. It was a bit annoying to have to go all the way back into townan

We needed advice about getting a transaction card. The young woman on the customer service desk was very pleasant and apologized for us having to wait. While she sorted something for us another member of staff helped us with the other part of our enquiry. It was a hot day; I was impressed that we were offered a drink of water.
We are not high rollers, just ordinary. We were treated as important customers, and given good advice beneficial to us, not rushed through the process and out the door.
