Terrible customer service at Edwardstown branch. I was waiting with my son who has autism and he was getting restless. I was relieved that I was next, but instead of asking who was next like they did with the man before me, the 2 bank women just approaced the people who had walked in after me. I wasn't waiting another 15mins or more. Really frustrating, i won't be going back.

We are so disappointed with the Commonwealth Bank. Despite giving them a second and third chance with our mortgage we will definitely be moving banks. Despite consistently paying on time principal and interest they have no interest in keeping or helping smaller customers with small mortgages.

The branch is quite large, and they have plenty of staff on hand who are ready and willing to help with all needs. Lots of tellers are always open so even if the cue is long, it moves quickly. They also have computers available if internet banking is required.

I have been banking with CBA for a long time now. I find they provide friendly and efficient service every time I have visited a branch.

i have been with commonwealth bank for 15 years and as a family we have had at least 5 different accounts with them and never had n negative experience unlike other banks such as national bank, so overall i find them quite good for a bank and quite helpful. they have always answered all of our questions and responded to all of our phone calls too
