Tap and pay service on mobile phone at self checkout does not work after a new look software update.
Had to get cash out at atm to pay for it.
Customer service attendance said it never works and need to use a card. She couldn't give a dam about not being able to use my phone nfc to pay.
Never shop ere ever again

I find this coles not to be as good as others. The deli is always under staffed or having staff in their that dont understand how to do their jobs correctly. I will go elsewhere from now on

They have recently renovated their grocery and deli sections, which have made produce in both areas look a lot fresher. They also have self service checkout option which once you get the hang of can be a lot faster that normal checkouts, also gives a new respect to checkout operators!!
