am always happy to shop at coles west lakes. find the staff always helpful. there are less checkouts open yes, but self-serve is becoming the now thing and is not hard to do at all. I will go here anytime to shop.

If I have another person at Coles insist that I use the self-service express checkout service I will go insane. They rarely ever provide counter service anymore, you either have to go in the long cues or use the self-service checkout. Also they have a great range of organic produce but it is all wrapped in plastic packaging, which defeats the purpose of using organic produce.

Great environment and really makes you feel warm and fuzzy. Would recommend this place as a one stop shop to anyone. Very convenient too! Would go many miles to get this sort of service

Great customer service, products in the right places and easy to find. All the fuit and vegetables are fresh and also the deli department is nice a tidy.

i love coles ..its a one stop shop.all the basic things are available here .
with different sections for food spices like indian,chinese,mediteranian etc.
home brand products are also good

Always shop here, nearly always get a good bargain, staff are pretty friendly, Shop is fairly large and has a pretty good range of foods. Fresh produce isn't always the best.
