I am not an overly enthused person when it comes to these big supermarkets. My local coles leaves me wishing I had never been to the place but dropped in while in the waterloo area a few times and have been so impressed by the service and freshness and prices of fresh goods here that I had to write and drown my criticisms. I go early sunday mornings so maybe they are good for this time only but all round I have had such pleasant service that I wonder if they are all on highs but I will say in all honesty that it has been a pleasure thus far and wish they could export this culture to their other stores

This Coles is cool, new and modern, it does pay to check the use by dates as it does seem that some items don't move so fast, so it's best just to check as you go. I love their meat they have a butcher on site and a bakery so it's all lovely.
They have priced matched and lowered prices on other equivalent items if they run out of something and they give rain check vouchours you just have to go to the info desk and ask.
There's a new manager, and she seems to have turned around the store.
Tim is an Ambassadore for Coles and serves with pride and assists were he can, he is a bright star and shines in this shiny clean store.

This Cole's seems to mark up more than most coles , They have out of date stock and also fruit and veg is not great

excellent customer service,very very kindly staff.the environment of shopping is very very fresh.the floor is also very clean.items are displaying in a tiny way on the shelves and easy be found.the price is reasonable as they are having staying down promotion for a long period time.the refund and exchange service is easy and fast.however, the veges and fruits are most frozen or chilled,not that fresh,,and the price for which is relative high than the markets outside.

Went there once when I visited a friend in the apartments there and was quite surprised! Very new, neat and an extensive fruit and vegies section.

This is a Coles that is so lovely to shop in. Its new, clean, organised and spacious.
But unfortunately i do not shop here very often as i find it is much more expensive than other Coles around the area and i cant comprehend spending the extra dollars, especially when im doing a big weekly shop.

Excellent display very organized and neat. The workers were wonderful and helpful showing me where to find ingredients. The fresh produce quality was excellent.

This is a relatively new supermarket in the area, it has a lot of selection for everything. Conveniently located and has a pleasant atmosphere. there are also trolleys for kids!
