Would have to say Coles Waratah is great. Self serve is very handy. Customer service is mostly polite. Nice place to shop with some great specials.

prices at coles are dearer than other places. this coles well set out , some staff are pleasant and the shop is very clean staff are helpful and i dont like the idea about the shelves getting packed during day why not go back to night

You can find whatever groceries you wish at Coles. It is also so easy to shop at Coles in Waratah thanks to self-service payment machines.

Friendly service. Some Product availability at times is outrageous supply limited to next delivery if none on display (usually won't have surplus stock stored in the stock room ie-nappies). Introduction of self serve registers has made an improvement to customer service. Stock variety is sometimes limited but generally good. Product Quality is variable dependant on personal choice and product choice. Pleasant shopping experience 95% of the time.

Was after a cheap set of pl astic wine glasses as running late 4 event. Was expecting 2 pay around $5 for set of 4, paid $3.35 for 8 and reasonably stylish considering plastic and in cheaper brand.
Checkout service was really quick and pleasant with no wait in line, made it 2 my event with time 2 spare.
