always disapointed when i go into this store, and i try to avoid going there as much as possible.
it is dark, dank, and very tiny. hardly anything worth getting in there, the stock is not rotated often and the general collection of available products just feels like a hodge podge jumble of odds and ends

Staff are friendly and helpful, variety of brands could be better, and fresh fruit and veg is not always to a very high standard, overall there is room for improvement.

Hmm, the staff are not really friendly or helpful. This store does not have a great variety and the fresh food does not look overly fresh. The overall quality of this Coles seems to have gone backwards which is very disapointing

I have been a loyal shopper at the Coles in Wallan for a lot of years now and recently I have seen a real downward spiral in service and products!

The variety of brands available espeooncially the budget brands just doesn't seem to be there and the staff that were always happy and helpful just seem tired and over worked. I hope this turns around soon

I get annoyed each time I shop at Coles in Wallan because branded products that I would normally purhcase are continually being replaced by Coles own branded products. For example I can no longer purchase long life Zymil milk. I once paid $6 for a punnet of stawberries only to find they were mostly mouldy when I got home. I had to throw away the lot. Such a waste of money!

Shelves not stocked up, always need to find staff memebers to ask for more. staff disinterested and often moody perhaps understanable but they are supposed to be in business.
