I was purchasing a couple of items that were featured in their catalogue as specials for the week. After searching the shelves and unable to locate the items I wanted, I enquired at the customer service counter. They checked the items to confirm that none were in stock and told me I could request for raincheck on the items I was looking for. The raincheck will guarantee the same sale price for the month. I love the fact that they have the raincheck because I hate that shops offer sale items and have none in stock and the only thing they can offer is a 'sorry'.
