I have had to call the customer service a few times recently due to staff being unaware of the scanning policy(they think you must purchase first when in fact if the item scans at a higher price you get the first item free and the others at the shelf price. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FIRST) I also had to call a few times due to them incorrectly displaying prices on a DOWN DOWN STAYING DOWN price tag when in fact it was just for the day as the stock was use by the next day!!!!
Staying down should and is meant to mean this product is now cheaper than before for around 6 months or more(as the customer service number says but this certain product was back up to the higher price the next day when we tried to purchase ones that were not off(out of date the next day) I was told it was a ticketing problem even though they do have clearance signs and are meant to use them.
I was told that the customer service lady would call the store then get straight back to me.......I am still waiting
Please ensure to remember any DOWN DOWN STAYING DOWN specials and report them to coles when they are not down for long as it may help them stop doing it.
The actual store is ok and usually well managed but the seafood and meat section stink everytime you walk past so I do not purchase those items.

Always very clean and tidy and staff are friendly. Shelves are well stocked and fruit and veg are nice and fresh. Overall makes for an easy and pleasant shopping experience.

The Coles here has changed for the worse over the last couple of years. I used to always do my shop here but the produce started getting very poor quality and the prices were quite high. They also discontinued quite a lot of stock that I regularly bought. They do have some great specials so it's worth watching the catalogues. Service in fast check out lane is slow.

supermarket is always clean and has roomy aisles but the service isn't good. Never enough checkouts open and the fast queues aren't not very fast at all compared to competitors, maybe because they attend to smokers purchasing cigarettes rather that concentrating on the quick service queue

interesting because I spent 10 minutes waiting to get some lighters at the cigarette counter whilst customers were being served in the other lanes .....two people walked off saying F this as they ahd not been served so they had no preference for the smokers this time or really any other time really,
Yes they do lack in staff
