This is a very good supermarket. Always neat and staff are polite and helpful. Stock is replenished all the time. i always go there weekly to do shopping. the people are helpful when approached .. weekly specials on the catalogs are great. specials in store are fantastic ..

If you want a cup of coffee- go somewhere else! Unless you want to wait 30mins to be served and then have difficulty attracting the barista who is all of a meter away behind the super coffee machine. All this at about 9 45am and no other customers at the counter.

Just moved to the area & this Coles is great! Reminds me a bit of Wholefoods in New York where you can select from a range of ready to go meals such as carvery/ sushi/ Italian/ salad bar. Prices are reasonable and staff have been great.

This is my favourite coles store EVER! The people who work there HELP u find what u need in mintues! Good on u coles!

There is always alot more variety here compared to other stores and they have alot of registers going so you do not have to wait long to be served.

i am living in highett, southland is nearest shopping centre nearby. I normally go to shop in local coles in bluff road, but oneday my husband suggested me to try to shop in the coles at southland shopping centre. i went there, found the palce was a lot of bigger than the the local coles. there were so much choices in fresh food counter, especially fish section, I bought a couple of pieces of salmon fillets, but when I got home and opened the packege, the smell was not than fresh, but still eatable.

Coles at Westfield located in Southland Shopping Centre is great! not only is it located in the shopping centre giving you easy access to all other stores you may wish to view but it is one of the larger Coles and has many items you don't find at any of the other Coles

one of my favourite supermarkets.staff is great in customer service lots and lots of specials and the store is big so a great range of things to look out for

The staff are helpful, most of them, but I find it much more expensive than somewhere like Aldi, which is drastically cheaper. Great range, and can find all the regular brands.
