We have used Coles at Lake Haven and found it well kept, with friendly staff and helpful check out staff also. We recommend this shop as a great local place to support.

I like the setup of the Lake Haven store and they are usually good with having the products I want in stock for most of the time. The big complaint I had this week is that I was shopping in the store and every aisle had huge pallets and staff moving trolleys around the store filling shelves making it near impossible to get around with a normal shopping trolley for the customers. The store was absolutely packed and there was numerous traffic jams in the aisle. It was also a long wait at the registers with only 4 open and lines right back - some of the staff should have gone to serve to get the customers out of the store.

i was after my weekly magazines and not seeing them on the shelf i asked had they come in where someone from that section was called to assist me. while they hadn't i was told at what time they would be expected with politeness and i cannot fault their helpfulness

It is not one of my preferred Coles Supermarket to buy groceries from. I think it needs revamping and a bit of spicing up. Fruit sometimes looks like it's been sitting there for ages and doesn't taste as fresh as some other Coles.

some fruit & veg is a bit tasteless, don't have as many (good) markdowns as other Coles. Does stock items that we like that we can not get anywhere else. Staff are polite and helpful

Coles lake haven is ok to shop at. They dont have many meat specials at all. I think all coles supermarkets need to watch their prices as I have noticed that you travel to different coles on the central coast and the prices vary from one store to the next.

The fresh fruit and veg are indeed fresh but the price has gone way up. They no longer sell the savings brand and have put their prices up on all other products. Even thought the staff are quite frendly and helpful it turns me off at the lack of choise of cheaper brands for this area.

THE SHELVES ARE DISPLAYED IN WELL MARKED AISLES,WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE THIS SUPERMARKET IS OVERALL OKAY.THE SERVICE WAS QUITE SLOWER THAN OTHER SUPERMARKETS BUT WITH GREAT STAFF TRYING THEIR BEST UNDER PRESSURE.

The place is very clean. Also costumer service was excellent. All the fruites and vegetables were very fresh. he best part about it was there were never really any long lines.
