they were quick to serve, gave me options with what i wanted in my ice cream, they were friendly and made my daughter laugh. tidy and respectful store.

A small area to have a sit-down, would actually like a different layout. Icecream is satisfying, and service is fine.

over priced. but a good ice cream. my neice loves it. the staff are really great too they have some yummy suggestions and work hard to suit your requirements.

The ince cream is absolutley amazing! you can choose whatever you want and the service is really friendly =) it is a little pricey though.

Have you ever had a "brain freeze"? It's when you eat something very cold and it makes your head feel cold. It's not the best feeling, but sometimes it's worth it if the icecream you eat tastes as great as the stuff served at the Cold Rock Ice Creamery. It is a little pricey, but have you seen all the added treats you can choose to have them put in your icecream? You have to try it at least once!

Bought ice cream from here after a meal across the way. Was unfortunately surrounded by lots of hanging out kids and groupies in the store, a lot of which were talking to the staff, obviously "Friends". I found this very off-putting and unprofessional.

I love going into Cold Rock and picking various "add ins" to put into the ice cream, which is just smooth and divine. The staff are always helpful in making recommendations as to what you should add to the ice cream
