the Doctors, nurses and reception staff here have always been kind and caring when I have attended the clinic. It is so nice to feel like the doctors are actually interested in my problem and want to help. I really like this clinic and the treatment I recieve here. I have attened here for a number of years now.

This place isn't very good the wait to see a doctor can take a very long time, they don't have many doctors on and some you can't even understand.if you only have a cough or a cold then they can help I recon they should come up with a better system so people get seen a lot faster.

Hi Princessj1, while we do not personally have an issue with overseas doctors coming to our shores, we do take issue with those who cannot communicate adequately. Communication barriers within medicine can be a matter of life and death and we feel that not enough is being done to resolve this most serious issue. Thanks for the heads-up! Reeces

They can be good if you need to pop in for something straightforward or need to see a dr on weekends or evenings. E.g. I have gone there for simple things like repeat scrips. However the long wait times, surrounded by gross sick people - even when you've booked an appointment - are a pain, and doctors have never taken the time to ask those extra questions. I will be going to an (albeit more expensive) local GP for more personalized service

Hit and miss with the doctors - if you get a good one it's a very convenient place, bulk-billed and if you're smart enough to go outside the times everyone else goes - e.g. go early mornings or late nights - you'll often be seen immediately. Go on the wrong time, however, and it could be an hour or more...

Terrible service. Few doctors and hordes of patients. Long queues with waiting time ranging from half an hour to three hours. And finally when you do get to a GP, they usually do not have much time to spare. Diagnosis is done within five minutes with almost no discussion with the client. Shocking!

Hi Bijoyd, with such seriously inadequate appointment times being inflicted upon the Australian populace, how can anyone expect an accurate diagnosis? Unfortunately, such developments have more to do with the government and less to do with the afore-mentioned business. Irrespective of who’s to blame, the current system is not anywhere near as functional as it could (and should) be. Very disappointing. Reeces

They are OK. The wait times are just ridiculous! I don't even know why they bother to book appointments. The doctor was alright.

You can book an appointment but when you get there on time you'll find you'll have to wait another 30-45 minutes. There was one extreme and I had to wait an hour. Doctors seem to rush through your session as well. I guess you can't complain as it's all on medicare.

My Dr is there, he is a great guy. My only issue is that the waiting time with an appointment can easily be from 1 - 3 hours. The doctor is helpful (my dr is), he listens and helps. There are up to 10 Dr's working there, a few times my dr was not in and I got a different guy, who was not very nice to me and mad me feel uncomfortable. It is what is known as a 'super clinic'. Open long hours etc. Overall it is great if you need a Dr fast and need help fast. I despite the waiting time would recommend it.

A medical clinic infested with a bunch of cheap quacks got their license off the back of a fruit loop pack. They told me my arm wasn't broken so I went to another doctor three weeks later who immediately got my arm in plaster

Hi Adriannac, thanks for yet another well written review. It’s always encouraging to see reviews written by those with an impeccable TrustFactor. Out of curiosity, did the clinic in question send you for any xray/scans, etc prior to making their (inaccurate) diagnosis? A more important question…has your arm healed properly and was your healing adversely affected by their incompetence? Thanks (as always) for your honest opinion, which is always appreciated. Regards, Reeces

Was the worst place i have ever been to! Doctors there give incorrect information and are not very social toward their patient plus they do not have enough doctors there which means you have to wait long.
