Stay away from them. I cancelled through their portal but they still kept charging me. When I pointed out it's probably a system error, their support was useless.

They are lovely when you are signing up but thats where it ends.

Wait until its time to cancel ...and they keep grifting money from you .

Great machines, heaps cheaper than when it was Fitness First. My yearly membership only cost about $500 here - yet when it was Fitness First, it was over $1000. Coupld do with some updating and the creche isn't the best (as they pretty disorganised with staffing sometimes). They have really good classes here though, stretch class and yoga. The best all around gym I have been too.
